The first step to get to your business bestie, the creator studio is to head on over to your Facebook business Page.
Once on your Facebook business profile, you will see the gear icon on the top of your page. Click there and a pop-up will come up with different things like a page overview of the past 28 days, page access, Facebook suite, and creator studio, etc… Click on creator studio.
Being inside creator studio you will see that it gives you a lot of things like:
You will also notice that there is a Facebook and an Instagram icon on the top bar in the middle of your screen. For this example, we are going to go through the Instagram icon, because it gives you an option to share to Facebook after your post is created.
The Instagram Creator Studio looks a little different than the Facebook version, here you will see option like:
If you are running a Social Media Marketing Agency, or a Virtual Assistant Business then you will use the Instagram Accounts to run all of the different accounts that you manage!
If you don’t see anything when you click on the Instagram icon then you will want to click on Instagram accounts and make sure you connect your business Instagram account so you can take advantage of this free tool!
You will see that creator studio can be used for a bunch of things when it comes to scheduling and planning out your Facebook & Instagram Content.
Now that you know what kind of content you can create inside the creator studio, what things can be scheduled out in advance?
Facebook & Instagram allow you to schedule your images, videos, carousels, and the IGTV for when you have videos between 1-10 minutes long.
Currently, it does not give you the option to schedule stories or reels, but that’s OK! Facebook has created a way to give you a huge timesaver for FREE, and that is awesome!
