The co-founders of Twinning Pros are looking for an Social Media Assistant to help us plan and implement posts on social media accounts.

This is an ideal position for a creative and self-motivated assistant who’s excited to work closely with content planning team of a growing startup, and thrives on driving projects forward with minimal direction and is excited to see the role evolve as the company grows.

Twinning Pros is a fully-remote digital marketing agency that focuses on helping businesses get found online organically through Social Media, SEO, and website design.

Writing, editing, and producing content for use on social media and beyond

Manage and coordinate all social asset creation and distribution

Provide ideas on new ways to tell stories on social

Assist with social media analytics and data tracking.

Your Primary Goals Will Be..

You love being creative and thrive in the ambiguous. No two days will be the same and that excites you. One day, you may be asked to research and make recommendations for a new tool, service or project we’d like to explore, and another you might be helping us screen candidates.

You are extremely attentive and run a tight ship when it comes to project management, organization and details.

You have the ability to work in a creative, fast-paced environment that generates original, compelling content.

Requirements

3+ years experience in content writing, marketing, copywriting, or a similar role 

Strong ability to simplify complex topics with proven track record creating great content in a visual, compelling and creative way

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Tech-savvy and quick to learn new things

Professional experience in Social Media

Professional communicator

Ability to work on own initiative with little direction

blog writing experience

design experience preferred

If all of this sounds good...

To start, we are ideally looking for someone who can commit up to 20 hours a week to this role (with opportunity to increase hourly dependent on your success and mutual fit).

Although this is a 100% remote role, as you’ll work closely with the CEO, we ask that you live in the US and be available on weekdays between our core working hours of 10am-2pm CST so you can interact with the CEO and the rest of the team.
